How to claim clan ownership

FrontPlus allows clan owners to manage their clan profile directly on the website. If your clan does not currently have an active admin, or if you want to take over management of your clan profile, you can submit a clan admin request.

What clan owners can edit

Once approved, you will be able to update your clan profile directly on FrontPlus, including:

Clan name
Clan description
Discord invite URL
Clan logo
Clan flag

This makes it much easier to keep your clan profile up to date and represent your clan properly.

How to request clan ownership

At the moment, clan ownership requests are handled manually through our Discord server. In your request, make it clear which clan you want to manage.

Why approval is manual

Clan admin access is currently approved manually to help protect established clans, especially older clans with history.

This review process helps prevent accidental changes, impersonation, or malicious edits to existing clan profiles.

Important note

Submitting a request does not guarantee automatic approval. Each request is reviewed manually to make sure the clan profile is assigned safely.

After approval

Once your request is approved, you will be able to edit the clan profile directly on the website without needing to contact the FrontPlus admin.
